Celebrate National Coloring Book Day
Coloring – like my music – can be very calming, soothing and allow you to almost meditate while doing it. Today is National Coloring Book Day and to celebrate I thought it would be great to combine the world of art & music. I’ve had a special coloring book page created based off the lyrics of my hit song “Simple Things.” Check out the page below and try and figure out what lyrics were used as inspiration for this page.
Download your own copy, color it in and share the finished product with me! You can upload your colored “Simple Things” image in the comments below, tag me in your completed colored photo on Instagram, Twitter or Facebook, or you could send the picture to friends@jimbrickman.com.
It’s all about enjoying the Simple Things!

The fist leaves off the tree,
The way you look at me
A thousand chiming church bells ring
The simple things are free
The sun, the moon, the stars
The beating of two hearts
How I love the simple things
The simple things just are
… love the lyrics… truly.. love this song
