On the free Cyber Monday CD (Comfort and Joy) does not show when I selected the preorder for A Joyful Christmas and when I added it into my cart, it still showed at 9.99. Do I need to add Comfort and Joy to the cart, or will it automatically come without me having to add it in?

I recently attended Jim Brickman’s Christmas Concert and during the show, I thought he mentioned that he has a Christmas TV Special coming up with Dick Van Dyke as a visitor. It’s even mentioned in the program as a TV special featuring superstar duets with Five for Fighting, Russell Watson, Jane Lynch, Leslie Odem Jr and the amazing Dick Van Dyke. However, I haven’t been able to find anything about this television special, like the date, channel or time that it will be on. Do you have any information about this?
