Smoothie Bowl
Make your smoothie – yogurt a little bit banana and some just juice. Blend it up and serve it in bowls with things like unsweetened coconut flakes, fresh berries, nuts and seeds so people can decorate and flavor them however they want. And if you have some leftover smoothie you can freeze it in popsicle molds for a great dessert.
How do you start? Start by making little, simple swaps every day to start eating clean to train your tastebuds back to enjoying the natural sweetness of real food. You can swap out that processed packaged cereal in the morning for a smoothie bowl or those processed salad dressings with something made from just juice, a little olive oil, sea salt pepper, some parsley and lemon juice.
