I’m not talking about wine, soda or sugary sport drinks.. There is a reason all the beauty experts talk about water. You need pure water to combat life’s daily stresses on both the inside and outside. The best advice is to drink half your body weight in ounces every day. (If you weigh 150 lbs, you should drink 75 ounces. That’s about 9 glasses of water)
Take the De-Hydration Pinch Test
There’s a simple way to tell if you are dehydrated. Just pinch the back of your hand and gently hold the fold for three seconds. When you let go, see if the peak from the pinch remains for more than a second. If it does, you are most likely dehydrated. Start drinking!
