What’s Trending – Super Bowl Swaps

Are you worried about eating healthy during the Super Bowl?  We talked better for your bite ideas Leslie Bonci on The Jim Brickman Show this weekend.

  • The swap for rule – Changing one item for a healthier option.  For example, instead of serving Crackers, use pistachios!
  • Be prepared – If you show up to the party hungry you’ll eat more.  Eat before you arrive at the party, drink a few glasses of water.
  • Portion Control – Grab small plates of food, if you’re still hungry you simply have another small plate.

Put these rules into practice with the classic Super Bowl dish – wings!  Instead of standard breading, use crushed pistachios instead.
