More about Tom Fuller
Tom Fuller’s new single “Forever I’m Yours” follows 2019’s Top 30 A/C hit “Doin’ Nothin’”. His fifth album, the highly personal “Waterfall” is scheduled for release in Spring of 2020.
Tom’s albums were recorded in LA, produced by Grammy-nominated Nashville studio maestro RickChudacoff (Alison Krauss, Smokey Robinson),many mixed by Cenzo Townsend and Dave Bascombe (U2, Bon Jovi, Kaiser Chiefs) at the famed Muscle Shoals studio and mastered at the hallowed Abbey Road Studios.
Based out of Chicago IL, Tom Fuller is a maverick and a troubadour. He’s also the same guy who, as a kid buying his first Paul McCartney album, never imagined that he would wind up recording with two of McCartney’s band members, Abe Laboriel, Jr. and Brian Ray. From that session, the fun, fan-favorite tune Doin’ Nothin’ emerged – accompanied by a crazed, dazed, out-of-this-world (literally) music video showcasing Tom letting his freak flag fly. It’s a creative, psychedelic animation featuring Fuller playing his Taylor Guitars and singing alongside historical characters, castles and buildings, plus dragons, dinosaurs and space aliens, with many visual elements coming out of Tom’s head, that conversely match Fuller’s catchy, stayin-your-head lyrics. It was a Top 30 Radio Record throughout 2019.
Fuller’s outstanding Rock/Pop/AC music has broad universal appeal, with rabid fanbases also spread throughout the UK and Europe. Hailing from the Windy City, Tom Fuller embodies the soul and creative energy of the city’s rich musical heritage – from Chicago’s finest rhythm and blues, through Cheap Trick to late period Wilco. Tom’s compositional sense also expertly references the British Invasion pop with chops heritage
with Beatlesque imaginative arrangements, rich harmonies, and sweetly complex chord sequences.
Fuller has performed all over the world with top bands and artists including Little Feat, Blues Traveler, Rusted Root, Robin Trower, UFO and Tesla, among many others. The widescreen cinematic vision of Tom Fuller’s music continues to flourish.
