Vegetable Pizza
From Jim Brickman Beautiful World Cookbook – Page 13
Who wants to make salad or a cut up vegetable tray for a party when you can feed everyone Vegetable Pizza.
If you are the one who is always “assigned” to bring the cut-up veggies or salad for the office party or neighborhood get-together, it’s time to break that boring tradition. Seriously, this was happening to me. My friends would have a party and I’d be told “Jim, you bring the vegetables.” C’mon, I’m better than that!
I finally decided to show off my creativity! I do like cutting up vegetables. (It’s great for soothing). When I found this recipe for Vegetable Pizza in my own cookbook I decided it was time to surprise everyone and show off my skills. It’s actually pretty easy . . . but don’t give away my secret!
I hope you enjoy this delicious Vegetable Pizza recipe from the Beautiful World cookbook. The book is filled with wonderful All-American and International recipes submitted by my friends across the country and around the world..
– Jim
Note: I liked to make this for work when we needed to take something in for office get-togethers. It’s great when you are tired of the everyday salad snd want something different. Enjoy!
